WELDING MATERIALS
- RIBBON up to .30 mm
- WIRE dia. 6 , dia. 8 for edges
- POWDER and PASTE |
,
state of the art fully electronic pulse current microprocessor
system (no capacitors), is an electronic non arcing spot welding
process to bind build up material to any ferrous workpiece,
including mirror polish, chromed, iron castings and some bronzes.
A compact design, 3 cables to plug in, is ready to operate.
Simple repairs are made by binding appropriate wire, ribbon
or powder material by pressing carefully the probe electrode
of the . Deposit material will
be welded to the workpiece by automatic impulses controlled
by one of the microprocessors and settings on unit, and a
remote pedal switch.
This unique method guaranties that repairs of tools and dies
will have similar characteristics to the base material, from
minute up to multi-ton mould and press dies.

Virtually no heat including on most thin and delicate parts
Binds any ferrous material - Base hardness remains unchanged
Possible repairs in locations and areas impossible with conventional
processesl
Possible repairs on assembled moulds and dies and on the press
Identical or compatible build up material with base
Microwelding of wire, ribbon, powder from 37 to 62 Hrc
Fast work (10x10 mm in 1 minute or less, on flat or curved surface)
Simple to use - immediate availability - portable
Non spilling around the repair - adjacent surfaces unaffected
Parting lines, scratches, corners and edges easily reconstructed
Dimensional finish immediately feasible
Single or dual independant weld channels
Manual or adjustable automatic weld speeds (fréquency : up to
10 impulses/s)
Very low voltage output for operator's and machine's safety
No pre or post heating,
no heat treating necessary
ROCKLINIZED wear protection
